Job Requirements
- Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability to pass a drug screen as legally permissible
- Basic English language skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift if hired full-time
- Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet
- Ability to lift, push or pull boxes or merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds
- Must wear safety composite shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
- Basic English language skills including verbal and written communication
- Ability to be certified as a material handling equipment operator
- Ability to work additional hours or overtime as required
- Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet
- Ability to lift, push, or pull merchandise weighing between 70 and 100 pounds
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Prior experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks preferred
Job Duties
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse
- Maintain cleanliness and perform general maintenance duties in the warehouse
- Confirm accuracy of products and resolve discrepancies with colleagues and contacts
- Manually unload trucks and palletize products while adhering to safety procedures
- Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets
- Load trucks manually while maintaining a safe workspace
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and promote a culture of safety
