We are currently searching for a Warehouse Lead/Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and facilitating all daily warehouse activities. This direct hire position offers a unique opportunity to lead our warehouse staff by example while actively participating in operational tasks. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing receiving processes, inventory control, staging orders, and coordinating logistics to ensure the seamless flow of goods. Our ideal Warehouse Lead/Manager will have more than three years of warehouse experience, including supervisory roles, preferably with exposure to equipment, appliances, HVAC, or supply-house environments. Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with proficiency in inventory management and order processing software. Candidates should also be comfortable with basic computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel. Physical ability to regularly lift over 25 pounds and maintain active participation on the warehouse floor is required.
