We are currently searching for a Warehouse Lead/Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and facilitating all daily warehouse activities. This direct hire position offers a unique opportunity to lead our warehouse staff by example while actively participating in operational tasks. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing receiving processes, inventory control, staging orders, and coordinating logistics to ensure the seamless flow of goods. The role combines operational coordination with hands-on leadership, perfect for a highly organized and motivated individual who thrives in a busy environment and excels at driving teams toward achieving shared goals. This role demands a strong leader who is solution-oriented and detail-focused, ensuring accurate deliveries and maintaining warehouse safety and efficiency. Our ideal Warehouse Lead/Manager will have more than three years of warehouse experience, including supervisory roles, preferably with exposure to equipment, appliances, HVAC, or supply-house environments. Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with proficiency in inventory management and order processing software. Candidates should also be comfortable with basic computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel. Physical ability to regularly lift over 25 pounds and maintain active participation on the warehouse floor is required. This role demands reliability and a proactive mindset, especially when operating under deadline pressures or during extended hours and occasional weekend shifts. Job Duties

  • Oversee and participate in receiving, inspection, and inventory intake
  • Verify shipments against purchase orders and resolve damaged or incorrect deliveries with vendors
  • Stage and prepare large equipment orders
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries, plan efficient routes, and manage timelines
  • Lead, schedule, and support warehouse staff to maintain productivity and accountability
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
  • Serve as point of contact for operational issues and escalations
  • Track and improve inventory accuracy, workflows, and operational efficiency
  • Pitch in across the business as needed including showroom support, recruiting/onboarding, and annual inventory
