ABM is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner to join their team in E Garland, Spokane Valley, WA. This role is integral to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in building and facility environments. The Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner will be responsible for handling specialized equipment, using cleaning chemicals safely, and supporting general janitorial duties to ensure a safe and sanitary workplace. This position offers competitive pay, ranging from $18.00 to $20.25 per hour depending on experience, skills, and geographic location. Both morning and night shifts are available, providing flexibility for various schedules.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who values reliability and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming floors, cleaning interior glass and windows, restocking necessary supplies, and disposing of trash and recyclables. The Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner will also move furniture and equipment to facilitate thorough cleaning and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management. Adherence to safety protocols, proper chemical use, and effective communication with clients and team members are essential components of this role.
