The Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner role at ABM is a vital position responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within building facilities. This role requires a dependable individual who can efficiently operate specialized cleaning equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely while supporting general janitorial duties. The position is based in Goodyear, Arizona, with a schedule of Sunday through Wednesday, from 7 am to 5:30 pm, providing a consistent and structured work routine. The hourly pay for this role is $16.59, and the final compensation is influenced by the applicant's experience, skills, location, and relevant market data.

The Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner will primarily be tasked with cleaning assigned buildings and ensuring sanitary environments are maintained, which includes thorough restroom cleaning and sanitation, restocking necessary supplies, and cleaning floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Attention to detail is critical as the role also involves cleaning interior glass, windows, mirrors, and partitions using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.
