Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required
Job Qualifications
- One year of similar work experience preferred
- One year of customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities to ensure a sanitary and safe environment
- Clean and sanitize restrooms including servicing and restocking supplies
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Follow assigned work schedules and route cards, reporting any barriers
- Move furniture, boxes, crates, and equipment manually or with hand trucks
- Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors, and partitions using appropriate tools and solutions
- Gather and dispose of trash and recyclables
- Wipe down furniture, appliances, and equipment
- Follow proper procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Notify management of repair needs
- Establish effective communication with clients, co-workers, and supervisors
- Adhere to all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
- Complete any other duties as assigned
