The Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner role at ABM involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within buildings and facilities to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. This position offers hourly pay of $17.50, with specific compensation dependent on experience, skills, geographic location, and market alignment. Scheduled shifts include Sunday-Monday and Wednesday-Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM. As a Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner, you will be responsible for operating specialized cleaning equipment and handling various cleaning chemicals safely and effectively. Your duties will include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning interior glass and surfaces, disposing of trash and recyclables, and moving furniture or equipment as needed to ensure thorough cleaning. Adherence to safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by ABM, clients, and regulatory authorities is crucial. You will follow assigned work schedules, complete route cards, report barriers, and communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

This role is ideal for individuals entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience or education. A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to speak English and follow instructions, and willing to work holidays as needed. Preferred qualifications include one year of similar work experience and one year of customer service experience.
