Ole is currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Helper / Shuttle Driver to join their winning team. This full-time position offers candidates the opportunity to be an integral part of a committed and collaborative workforce. The role requires a versatile individual capable of handling product loading and unloading, inventory control, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and delivering products to customers efficiently and safely. Employees in this role will handle a variety of tasks including breaking down and building orders, managing inventory accuracy physically and electronically, and ensuring compliance with Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) requirements for shuttle drivers. Ole emphasizes the importance of maintaining vehicle safety and proper documentation for all deliveries, demanding strict adherence to inspection procedures and accident reporting protocols. The position demands physical stamina, as lifting between 10 and 50 pounds regularly is a key component of the job.
