We are currently seeking a seasoned and strategic Warehouse General Manager (GM) to lead our large-scale CRDC operation serving the Sacramento Airport. This executive leadership position is critical to the success of our 24/7, year-round operation, managing a diverse team of over 100 managers, supervisors, and logistics specialists. The GM will oversee multiple functions including receiving, storage, delivery, and recycling, and be fully accountable for operational performance, financial outcomes, regulatory compliance, and service excellence across all airport terminal logistics activities.
The ideal candidate will be a proven leader of leaders with strong financial acumen and regulatory expertise. You will have a track record of driving innovation in complex environments, managing large teams, and delivering outstanding results. Your role will involve full profit and loss responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, cost control, and KPI/SLA performance management. Extensive knowledge of TSA, DOT, CDL, OSHA, and airport authority regulations is essential, especially experience in secure airport environments, audit readiness, and qualifying for airfield driving access.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, aviation management, or related field, or 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in aviation logistics, airport operations, warehouse management, or large-scale distribution center environments
- Proven experience leading 100+ employees, including direct management of managers and supervisors, within a 24/7 airport warehouse, air cargo, or supply chain operation
- Demonstrated financial leadership with full P&L responsibility in a distribution, warehouse, or aviation logistics setting, including budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, cost control, and KPI/SLA performance management
- In-depth knowledge of TSA, DOT, CDL, OSHA, and airport authority regulations, with experience operating in secure airport environments, maintaining audit readiness, and qualifying for airfield driving access and required background checks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for operational reporting and data analysis), with experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS)

Job Duties
- Lead a large-scale 24/7 airport warehouse and distribution operation supporting aviation concessionaires and terminal logistics
- Own full P&L responsibility for the Centralized Receiving and Distribution Center (CRDC), managing labor, fleet, equipment, inventory flow, and operational costs
- Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and operational safety within secure airport, airfield, and warehouse environments
- Develop and mentor managers and supervisors to drive operational excellence, employee engagement, workforce planning, and succession development
- Strengthen partnerships with airport authorities, concessionaires, vendors, and internal stakeholders to improve service performance, supply chain efficiency, and logistics optimization
