KBS is currently seeking full-time Warehouse Floor Technicians to join their dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive starting pay of $17.01 per hour with shifts that vary between days and nights, including weekends. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment focused on enhancing workplace safety and cleanliness. Working within assigned designated work areas, the Warehouse Floor Technician will perform a variety of specialized floor care duties using industry-standard equipment and chemicals to ensure that all flooring surfaces are properly cleaned, maintained, and secured. Duties include spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip and wax, scrub and recoat, seal and grout, and other forms of floor maintenance.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable moving large furniture and equipment safely, organizing janitorial supplies, and diligently securing all building access points as part of routine closing procedures. Proactive communication about maintenance and safety issues to supervisors is vital for this role. A preference is given to those with at least one year of prior floor care experience and a working knowledge of janitorial tools and chemicals, but training is provided. KBS utilizes a mobile timekeeping system, KBSPresence, for logging work hours and accessing employment resources, with supportive reimbursement for the use of personal smartphones.
