Job Description

Aramark is a globally recognized company specializing in food and facilities services, catering to millions of guests daily across 15 countries. Known for its commitment to service and sustainability, Aramark supports diverse communities with high-quality service and strives to foster a workplace where employees can develop their talents and advance professionally. As part of its mission, Aramark is dedicated to doing great things for its employees, clients, partners, communities, and the planet, emphasizing the importance of both individual and collective success.

The Warehouse Director position at Aramark's Coors Field location is a critical leadership role within the company's fast-paced, high-volume food and beverage warehouse operations. This role focuses on managing the entire warehouse cycle—from procurement and inventory control to maintaining the facility's operational standards and employee supervision. With a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $85,000, this full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity for candidates eager to contribute to a dynamic stadium environment. The Warehouse Director ensures efficient receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of products while overseeing computerized administration and automated systems tailored to specific stock requirements, including chilled and fragile goods. This role demands strong organizational and leadership skills, enabling the director to maintain tight inventory controls, execute vendor and purchasing compliance, and support the diverse departments within the stadium, such as concessions, restaurants, and suites.

In addition to operational oversight, the Warehouse Director is charged with conducting accurate physical inventories, supervising warehouse staff, and potentially leading pre-kitting processes crucial to the overall logistics and supply chain within the stadium setting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have experience managing high-volume warehouse operations, ideally within a stadium or sports-related context. Flexibility to work event-based hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential. Beyond the competitive salary, Aramark provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; retirement savings plans such as 401(k); and paid time off, including parental leave and disability coverage. Located within a company that encourages skill development and adaptability, the Warehouse Director will find a role that not only challenges but also rewards with opportunities for growth and engagement within one of the leading food and facilities service providers worldwide.
