This role, Warehouse Lead for the 2nd Shift, is a dynamic and vital position within the company's fast-paced warehouse environment. The shift operates Monday through Friday, from 3:30 p.m. to midnight, where the Warehouse Lead will be at the forefront of facilitating efficient operational productivity by leading and coaching their team to meet and exceed key production goals. This role requires active involvement on the warehouse floor, ensuring that performance standards are met through constant monitoring of production reports and key performance indicators. The Warehouse Lead position offers hourly compensation starting from $21.23 to $24.61 per hour, contingent upon experience, along with a quarterly bonus to further reward outstanding performance.
