This role, Warehouse Lead for the 2nd Shift, is a dynamic and vital position within the company's fast-paced warehouse environment. The shift operates Monday through Friday, from 3:30 p.m. to midnight, where the Warehouse Lead will be at the forefront of facilitating efficient operational productivity by leading and coaching their team to meet and exceed key production goals. This role requires active involvement on the warehouse floor, ensuring that performance standards are met through constant monitoring of production reports and key performance indicators. Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications
- At least two years of supervisory warehouse experience
- proven ability to lead, encourage, and coach employees
- positive and respectful attitude
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- computer skills including Microsoft Suite primarily Outlook and Excel
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- ability to prioritize multiple tasks and pay attention to detail
- diplomatic leadership skills in personnel management
- ability to analyze team dynamics and provide constructive feedback
Job Duties
- Lead warehouse team to meet production goals by training and coaching team members
- stay active throughout the shift in the fast-paced warehouse environment
- monitor production reports ensuring hourly KPIs are met or exceeded
- welcome feedback from team members to improve operations
- manage workload distribution and team dynamics effectively
- ensure safety and efficiency protocols are followed during all activities
- communicate instructions clearly and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
