Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Work in varying warehouse temperatures and weather conditions during deliveries
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree preferred
- 3-5 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred if required by company)
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse and delivery operations
- Coordinate delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and meet customer expectations
- Oversee the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff and delivery personnel
- Enforce workplace safety policies and maintain compliance with OSHA and company guidelines
