Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Delivery Drivers and Warehouse Operators. This role involves operating a company vehicle to deliver products directly to customers and performing a variety of warehouse tasks such as parts pulling, staging, loading, and stocking trucks. The position starts at a competitive pay rate of $21 per hour, along with a range of excellent benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k with company match, and more. The successful candidate will work closely with supervisors to receive labels and instructions, handle parts accurately, operate machinery like forklifts and order selectors, and ensure deliveries are completed efficiently and safely.
This role does not involve supervisory responsibilities but is crucial to the smooth logistics and supply chain process. The employee will routinely interact with customers by responding to counter sales, verifying product inventory, and occasionally collecting payments. The position requires physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds, ability to operate vehicles for extended periods, and compliance with Department of Transportation regulations. This is a full-time, team-oriented role, ideal for candidates who enjoy active work environments and customer engagement.

Job Requirements
- 6+ months of related warehouse experience
- possess a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- must qualify for corporate insurance programs, including vehicle insurance
- must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- must comply with state and local mandated requirements as well as Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel
- basic communication skills orally and in brief writing
- ability to physically lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- able to sit and drive for extended periods up to 12 hours
- able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods
Job Qualifications

- must qualify for corporate insurance programs, including vehicle insurance
- must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements
- knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- must be at least 21 years of age
- must comply with state and local mandated requirements as well as Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations
- high school graduate or GED equivalent
- forklift certification/experience helpful
- knowledge of RF scanners helpful
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel
- basic communication skills orally and in brief writing
- problem-solving by following clear directions and procedures
- uses guidance provided by supervisor
Job Duties
- Receives labels from the supervisor for parts to be pulled for the assigned route
- Pulls parts from the appropriate bins and delivers them to the staging area for loading
- Operates a forklift or order selector to transport parts in and about the warehouse
- Loads truck according to the delivery schedule and performs a final check-off of parts loaded
- Sorts and places parts and supplies on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence
- Respond to customer counter sales immediately by receiving orders, pulling products and loading them into the customer vehicle
- Verifies in-stock position on product for inside sales staff
- Drives a company box truck to deliver parts to customer locations
- Physically loads truck at the branch and verifies the condition of the truck, manifest and other paperwork associated with deliveries to be made
- Drives to the delivery destination and physically unloads truck and verifies parts unloaded
- Picks up returned parts and collects customer payments as necessary
- Assume other duties as assigned
