Better Buzz Coffee is currently seeking a Warehouse Delivery Driver who will be instrumental in supporting both delivery and warehouse operations. This role is perfect for a motivated individual who can hit the ground running as the company continues its robust growth trajectory. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager of Coffee Roasting and Production and will be responsible for safe and efficient delivery of coffee products as well as assisting with warehouse production duties. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with standard working hours from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The Warehouse Delivery Driver role blends the need for dependable driving skills with hands-on warehouse support. Key responsibilities include safely operating delivery vehicles, loading and unloading goods, using handheld devices for routing and delivery confirmation, and working efficiently in various weather conditions. Additionally, this position calls for assistance in coffee production tasks within the warehouse, emphasizing the safe and effective use of shop tools and equipment. The ideal candidate must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, comfortable sitting or standing for prolonged periods, and have a clean driving record to pass a Department of Motor Vehicle background check.
