The role of Warehouse and Delivery Associate at Music & Arts is a key position responsible for the efficient handling of inventory and ensuring timely delivery of musical products. This role requires individuals to perform general warehouse duties like locating and transferring products for sales orders, preparing product shipments following company standards, and assisting with loading and unloading vehicles. Additionally, associates will be entrusted with driving company-provided vehicles between various locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols to guarantee the secure and prompt delivery of musical instruments and equipment. The position demands a highly organized and detail-oriented approach, as associates must accurately match physical products with sales order descriptions and identify any discrepancies or errors effectively. Physical stamina is essential, as the job entails lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, walking significant distances throughout the day, and safely climbing ladders when necessary. The Warehouse and Delivery Associate must be proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to support record-keeping and communication tasks.

The compensation for this position is commensurate with experience, offering an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00.
