The Warehouse Driver position at SSP America is a full-time role based at the Colorado Springs Airport. The Warehouse Driver plays a critical role in the daily operations of SSP’s airport restaurants by assembling, delivering, loading, and unloading products across various locations within the airport. Responsibilities include maintaining the receiving areas and storage spaces in excellent condition, ensuring the safety and security of delivered items, and adhering strictly to all airport and public road safety regulations. The driver must conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections, follow proper security protocols including verification of airport badges, and ensure all deliveries are made accurately and efficiently.

Beyond transportation, the Warehouse Driver assists with cleanliness and organization, both in the vehicle and at the storage areas, promoting a safe and orderly work environment. This person also plays a key part in communication and coordination with managers to ensure smooth shift transitions and completion of all required checklists and duties.

Qualified candidates are those with at least one year of experience driving routes with multiple stops, are at least 24 years old, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills and the ability to pass airport security and driving privilege tests are essential. Depending on local laws, a food handlers permit may be required as well.
