We are currently seeking dedicated Warehouse Drivers to join our team. This role involves assembling, delivering, loading, and unloading products destined for various points within the airport environment. Whether working full-time or part-time, successful candidates will be entrusted with maintaining the efficiency of backdoor receiving and storage areas, ensuring that all delivery processes comply with safety and security standards. Drivers will also conduct pre-trip inspections, adhere to traffic laws both on public roads and airport property, and participate in general cleaning and organizational duties to maintain optimal workplace conditions. SSP America offers a competitive pay rate of $16.00 per hour, alongside great benefits and advancement opportunities, making this a rewarding position for those with relevant experience seeking a stable and dynamic career in warehouse operations and logistics within the airport setting.

Job Requirements

Minimum one year experience driving a route with multiple stops
valid driver’s license with clean driving record
high school diploma preferred
basic mathematical skills necessary to record overages and/or shortages upon delivery to your customer
food handlers permit as required by law
ability to pass written tests at airport in order to receive badge with airport driving privileges

Job Duties

Greet guests/vendors in a courteous and friendly manner
maintain proper and adequate set-up of back door/receiving area and all storage areas daily
assemble and load 100% of all items requisitioned for delivery to specified location
conduct pre-trip inspection of vehicle prior to leaving dock
follow all security guidelines for back door receiving, including checking of airport badges and all paperwork for deliveries
follow all traffic laws and safety regulations on public roads and airport property
load dirty equipment after delivery and bring back to commissary
unload and deliver used equipment to appropriate areas
complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required
perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning
maintain clean vehicles and follow no smoking regulations in vehicles
return all items used during shift to the proper place, clean and organize work and storage areas including vehicle, empty and re-line all trash containers
meet with manager upon arrival to discuss shift set-up and check out with manager before leaving to ensure duties are completed
