The Florida branch located at 3830 Uline Drive, Naples, FL 34117, is currently seeking Night Shift Warehouse Custodians. This role offers an excellent hourly wage starting from $22 to $25 per hour, including a $2 shift differential for night hours. The shifts run Sunday through Thursday from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, providing a consistent schedule with significant opportunities for growth and earning potential.

The Night Shift Warehouse Custodian position is a critical role focused on maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Naples warehouse. Unlike many warehouses, this facility is bright, clean, and fully air-conditioned, providing a comfortable working environment. Employees in this role take pride in keeping the workspace spotless, organized, and efficient, which supports the smooth operation of warehouse activities. They are responsible for sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal through compactors as well as operating floor scrubbers using electric or propane power.

Additionally, custodians support special projects and perform general labor tasks to assist warehouse operations. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the physical ability to frequently move packages weighing between 50 and 70 pounds.
