The Florida branch, located at 3830 Uline Drive, Naples, FL 34117, is currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shift Warehouse Custodians/Janitors. This important role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse to ensure smooth warehouse operations. The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $22 to $25, including a $2 shift differential for night shifts, reflecting the company’s commitment to valuing night-time team members. The work schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, providing a consistent night shift that aligns with warehouse operational needs.

The Night Shift Warehouse Custodian is responsible for comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and dusting the entire warehouse space. The role also requires operating specialized floor scrubbers, either electric or propane-powered, and managing trash removal and box scrap compaction. This position demands physical stamina as it involves frequently moving packages weighing between 50 to 70 pounds and performing general labor tasks to support warehouse activities.
