We are currently hiring a Warehouse Custodian/Janitor for our Nevada branch located at 8800 Military Road, Reno, NV. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of our state-of-the-art warehouse facility. As a Custodian, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our facility remains pristine and safe for all employees, reflecting the company’s high standards. The position offers a competitive hourly wage starting from $20 to $25 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential, making it a rewarding opportunity for individuals who take pride in cleanliness and order.

The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, offering a consistent schedule that supports work-life balance. Responsibilities include a variety of custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting racks, and maintaining both interior and exterior building areas. You will be expected to manage trash removal and box scraps using a compactor, operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment, and assist in special projects that support overall operational requirements. The role often requires physically moving packages weighing between 50 to 70 pounds, emphasizing the need for good physical stamina and strength.

Uline values attention to detail and previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, although a high school diploma or equivalent and a strong commitment to thoroughness and organization are the fundamental requirements.
