The role of Warehouse Custodian/Janitor at Uline is critical to maintaining the high standard of cleanliness and order essential for the company’s warehouse operations. Scheduled Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, this full-time position demands a dedicated individual passionate about cleanliness and organization. The custodian will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, dusting racks, and performing both interior and exterior building maintenance to ensure the facility remains in top condition. Essential duties include processing trash removal and compactor operation for box scraps, as well as using floor scrubbers (electric or propane powered) and other cleaning equipment efficiently and safely. Beyond routine cleaning tasks, the custodian will actively contribute to special projects and provide general labor support aligned with operational requirements, helping maintain a smooth workflow throughout the warehouse environment.

This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically capable, and experienced or interested in custodial work. Handling packages weighing between 50 to 70 pounds regularly is part of the job, so physical stamina and strength are important. Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.
