The Warehouse Coordinator role at Foremost Farms USA is a full-time, exempt position based in Appleton, Wisconsin, with a day shift work schedule. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse activities within the plant by managing inventory flow from production through storage to shipment. The Warehouse Coordinator contributes directly to the company's success by supporting internal teams and external partners, ensuring accurate inventory records, facilitating communication across departments, and maintaining high standards of operational alignment. Key responsibilities include coordinating finished goods movements, creating ISOs for shuttle shipments to third-party logistics providers, working closely with production supervisors to manage warehouse put-away plans, and verifying the accuracy of material labeling within Oracle R12. The role requires a professional approach to handling internal communications and customer inquiries, supporting collaboration between the front office and plant operations, and occasionally backfilling other administrative functions.
