The Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner role at ABM is a vital position focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation within assigned buildings and facilities. This role requires dependable individuals who are capable of operating specialized cleaning equipment, handling and applying cleaning chemicals safely, and performing general janitorial duties to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for clients, employees, and visitors.

This position is located at 2000 E Pecan St, Pflugerville, TX 78660, offering competitive pay ranging between $16.49 and $17.24 per hour. There are multiple shift options available for both daytime and nighttime schedules, allowing candidates to find a work time that suits their needs. Day shifts run Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday from 7am to 5:30pm, while night shifts have the same weekly options but operate from 6pm to 4:30am. This flexibility supports a diverse workforce including those entering or re-entering the workforce, as ABM welcomes candidates with various levels of experience and education. As a Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms — a key responsibility — ensuring these areas are fully stocked with necessary supplies at all times. You will clean floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming, catering to various flooring types and surface conditions. Cleaning windows, interior glass, mirrors, partitions, furniture, and equipment also forms an integral part of your duties, all while following defined safety procedures for chemical use and equipment handling.

You will have the opportunity to move furniture, equipment, and other materials by hand or with hand trucks to assist with thorough cleaning efforts. In addition, you will be tasked with gathering and disposing of trash and recyclables, helping ABM meet its sustainability goals. Reporting any repairs or maintenance needs directly to management will help maintain operational efficiency and facility standards.
