With a focus on innovation, sustainability, and inclusion, Staples continues to adapt to the evolving needs of its customers while fostering a work environment that values diversity and promotes professional growth. The company employs a dedicated workforce to manage all facets of its operations, including warehousing, logistics, and customer service, which are essential to maintaining its reputation as a market leader.

Join the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team as a Warehouse Associate, a vital role that supports the smooth functioning of our distribution network and directly impacts our ability to serve customers efficiently. This role typically involves working from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday, providing consistent and reliable support to warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you may be assigned responsibilities across various specialized areas including Warehouse Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator, Warehouse Porter, Warehouse Replenishment, Warehouse Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Warehouse Returns, and Shipping. The role demands versatility and flexibility, as associates may be shifted among different positions and responsibilities based on daily operational needs.

Your work will include operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move products weighing up to 100 pounds safely and efficiently. In addition to equipment operation, associates assist in general maintenance, cleaning duties, product checking, palletizing, loading trucks, and ensuring the warehouse environment remains orderly and safe. Communication and teamwork play a crucial part, as you will regularly collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve operational efficiency. Safety is paramount at Staples, and all warehouse associates are expected to adhere strictly to safety protocols, maintain personal protective equipment such as safety composite shoes, and help foster a workplace culture that prioritizes well-being and accident prevention.

Staples emphasizes an inclusive work environment where all team members are encouraged to contribute their unique perspectives and ideas. By working in this role, you become part of a diverse community dedicated to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Full-time associates have access to comprehensive benefits, including paid time off, holiday schedules, discounts, company 401(k) match, and wellness programs, supporting both their professional and personal lives. With a competitive pay rate starting at $23.75 per hour including shift differential, Staples provides a rewarding opportunity for individuals looking to build a fulfilling career in warehouse operations and supply chain management.
