Job Requirements
- Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment or equivalent training education and experience
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Basic English communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift if hired full-time
- Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet
- Ability to lift push or pull boxes or merchandise weighing 70 to 100 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand 100 percent of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to maintain a clean work area
- Commitment to adhere to safety procedures and promote safe work practices
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers preferred
- Ability to operate material handling equipment safely with certification
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move products within the warehouse
- Perform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility
- Confirm accuracy of product, address discrepancies and damages
- Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to resolve issues
- Unload trucks manually and palletize products
- Organize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace following all safety procedures
