This position is critical to the production process as it involves operating industrial blenders to mix ingredients precisely according to formulated recipes to produce consistent seasoning blends. As a Blending Operator, you will engage in physically active duties including lifting up to 50 pounds, staging ingredients, mixing, inspecting blends, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The role suits individuals who thrive on staying active during their shift, enjoy working with their hands, and take pride in the accuracy and quality of their work. Working the morning shift from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, with Sundays off, this role provides a regular schedule with occasional mandatory overtime on Saturdays when needed. The position includes an 8-hour workday with a paid 40-minute lunch, promoting a balanced work routine.
