As an Event Services Associate, you will report to the Event Services Manager and General Manager and be responsible for the physical maintenance of the warehouse and event materials. The job involves loading and unloading trucks, organizing warehouse equipment, managing inventory of soft drinks, bottled water, bar necessities, and hard equipment, as well as ensuring proper sanitation and storage procedures are followed. You will facilitate large event setups and teardowns, assist with dish-tank operations, and carry out internal deliveries and pick-ups efficiently and safely.

Job Duties

  • maintain physical condition of warehouse and equipment
  • ensure accurate and proper packing and loading of all parties
  • execute client deliveries to the standards of CMPE
  • inventory all soft drinks, bottled water, bar set needs and hard equipment
  • provide proper sanitation and storage for all event equipment
  • work large event set up and tear down as a general utility shift
  • execute dish-tank shifts as needed
  • execute internal deliveries and pick-ups in a safe and timely manner
  • follow all safety standards within the workplace
