Job Description

Cintas Corporation is a leading provider of business services designed to help organizations maintain clean, safe, and professional environments for their employees and customers. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Cintas serves more than one million businesses across a wide range of industries by offering a comprehensive suite of products and services. These include uniforms, mats, mops, towels, restroom supplies, workplace water services, first aid and safety products, eye-wash stations, safety training, fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, and alarm services. As a publicly traded Fortune 500 company listed on NASDAQ under the symbol CTAS, Cintas is recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The company is also an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and it proudly supports employees from various backgrounds and experiences.

The current opportunity is for the position of Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader within Cintas's Rental Division. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operations of the facility by efficiently managing the loading and unloading of products. Warehouse Associates in this position are responsible for driving company trucks to designated areas within the facility to unload soiled products collected from customers. After unloading, they reload trucks with clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer-specific products in accordance with designated routes. A key expectation is for employees to maintain cleanliness and organization in their work areas and consistently meet or exceed established standards of quantity and quality regarding the products handled. This role demands a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment where attention to detail, physical stamina, and teamwork are crucial.

Employees in this role must adhere strictly to workplace safety guidelines and attendance policies. They should be comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including exposure to hot or cold temperatures and outdoor elements. Handling materials that may be soiled or have strong odors requires the use of appropriate protective equipment and a commitment to maintaining hygiene standards. The job requires physical activity such as standing for most of the shift, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting or moving materials. Individuals who thrive in this position often exhibit strong work ethic, integrity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Furthermore, the role offers opportunities for skill development, training, and career advancement within the company.

Cintas provides a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay and multiple medical plan options, some offered at zero cost to employees. Additional benefits include a 401(k) plan with company match, profit sharing, and an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP). Company-paid disability, life, and AD&D insurance coverage are also provided, along with paid time off, holidays, and ongoing skills development opportunities. This combination of a supportive work environment, career growth potential, and robust benefits makes Cintas an attractive employer for individuals seeking long-term employment in a dynamic warehouse setting.
