This particular position is for Warehouse Associates who are integral to Grainger’s distribution operations. Located at a state-of-the-art 1.3 million sq. ft. distribution center at 400 Bordentown Hedding Rd, Bordentown, NJ, this role offers an on-site opportunity with an overnight shift from 8:00 pm to finish, Monday through Friday. Compensation for this position is competitive, offering a total pay of $22 per hour. Job Requirements
- Comfortability working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age
- The physical requirements for this position include frequently lifting, pushing, and sliding packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may have to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, like unloading, sorting, labeling, and packing, with high quality
- Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed
- Meet requirements for safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime as needed
- Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements
- Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team
