Additionally, the associate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proper storage organization within the warehouse.

This position is ideal for candidates who bring hands-on experience in freight and logistics operations, including handling LTL, FTL, parcel, and common-carrier freight shipments. Familiarity with warehouse KPIs, inventory control, and continuous improvement processes is highly valued. Furthermore, candidates should have strong communication skills, be dependable, and demonstrate a willingness to grow into leadership roles such as a supervisor or warehouse manager. Forklift certification or practical experience operating warehouse equipment further enhances a candidate’s suitability.

Joining Innowave Marketing Group as a Warehouse Associate means becoming part of a growing distribution organization where career advancement opportunities are abundant. The company fosters an environment that supports employee development and strives for operational excellence. Employees benefit from comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans, a competitive compensation package, paid time off and holidays, and a generous 401(k) retirement savings plan. The culture emphasizes teamwork, ownership, and professionalism in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Innowave Marketing Group prides itself on its inclusive hiring practices, welcoming qualified applicants without discrimination based on race, gender, or other protected status. Employees must be located in the United States or Washington DC and must not require sponsorship, as the company adheres to E-Verify employment eligibility verification.
