Physical requirements for this role are significant, involving lifting and moving weights up to 100 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Candidates must be prepared to work amid loud equipment, varying weather conditions, and airborne particles. Flexibility to accommodate extended hours during peak seasons is also essential. Preferred qualifications for the warehouse position include forklift operator certification, experience in high-volume distribution environments, proficiency with inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. This employment opportunity comes with competitive weekly or bi-weekly pay, discretionary bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, an employee stock purchase program, paid time off encompassing vacation, sick leave, volunteer days, holidays, birthday, and floating holidays, as well as medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additional company-paid life and short-term disability insurance, optional long-term disability, and supplementary life insurance are also offered.
