Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings throughout the warehouse and distribution process
  • operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies while following safety procedures
  • inspect, prepare, and maintain merchandise to ensure products meet quality standards before customer pickup or delivery
  • load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support efficient warehouse operations and inventory accuracy
  • assist with product preparation, minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging to ensure merchandise is customer-ready
  • support inventory management activities including merchandise tracking, cycle counts, and physical inventories
  • demonstrate exemplary customer service by creating positive experiences for customers in the warehouse and in their homes
