Currently, Baker Specialty & Supply Company is seeking to fill a full-time Warehouse position. This role is integral to the company’s supply chain operations, ensuring that products are handled efficiently from receipt through delivery. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 7 AM to 5 PM, with no evenings or weekend work, providing a balanced work-life schedule. The Warehouse team member will be responsible for a variety of duties including delivering products to customers, pulling and stocking orders, receiving inventory, and conducting daily inventory counts. This role also involves regular interaction with customers, highlighting the importance of customer service skills alongside physical warehouse tasks.
Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license and either hold or be willing to obtain a Drive For Hire license. A clean driving record is essential for this position due to the driving responsibilities involved. Experience with forklift operation is considered a plus and would enhance the candidate's ability to perform efficiently in the warehouse environment.
