Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, stoop, or move for prolonged periods
- Comfortable working in warm environments
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid forklift certification preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of shipping or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jack and forklift
- Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends
- Understanding of inventory control processes
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in warm environments
Job Duties
- Accurately loading and unloading trailers
- Verifying route loads and trailer reports
- Maintaining the shipping yard
- Counting and checking products for accuracy and quality
- Maintaining accurate records
- Reporting overages and shortages
- Participating in inventory cycle counts
- Operating material handling equipment including pallet jack and forklift
- Troubleshooting packing equipment such as label machines, tapers, and palletizers
