The Warehouse Associate position at Bimbo Bakeries USA offers a fantastic opportunity to join an energetic team with a competitive starting pay of $19.50 per hour. This role is available on the 2nd and 3rd shifts, with full benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, and a retirement plan. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of operations within the shipping yard. Your primary responsibilities will include loading and unloading trailers correctly, verifying route loads and trailer reports, and ensuring that the shipping yard is well-maintained. This hands-on role requires you to count and check products meticulously for accuracy and quality, keep accurate records, report discrepancies such as overages or shortages, and participate in cycle counts regularly.

In this role, you will operate various material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, contributing to the smooth flow of inventory. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues related to packing equipment, labeling machines, tapers, and palletizers, helping to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. This position requires physical stamina, as the role involves lifting, pushing, pulling, stacking, and carrying loads of up to 50 pounds, along with standing or stooping for prolonged periods. Working in a warm environment is also a key aspect of this job, reflecting the conditions typical in bakery warehouse settings.
