Job Requirements
- must be able to work 7am start with schedule of 4 days on, 3 days off
- able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
- able to lift between 5-50 pounds continuously
- able to be on feet 85% of the workday
- reliable transportation required
- dependable and reliable attendance and work effort
- flexible to work in dry, cooler, and freezer zones
- able to complete all physical tasks of the job
Job Qualifications
- licensed forklift operator with a minimum of six months of safe operation experience
- ability to perform accurate visual inspections
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- basic reading and math skills
- physically able to stand, walk, and twist while carrying heavy objects
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- picks, lifts, carries and places product into pallets to build customer orders accurately
- moves product into trailers or storage units
- inspects incoming and outgoing warehouse products for shipment acceptability
- reads labels and associated documents
- counts and calculates quantity of product to verify shipment accuracy
- operates forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- cleans work area using brooms, mops, and cleaning materials
- completes other assigned functions
