- ability to frequently transport loads up to 100 pounds and occasionally lift up to 250 pounds

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
- ability to operate industrial equipment safely and confidently

- willingness to learn and adapt
- dependable transportation and flexible availability
Job Duties
- Handle furniture with care and precision
- master safe material handling including maneuvering sofas and organizing accessories
- operate powered industrial vehicles and cherry pickers
- perform quality checks to ensure product condition
- move materials strategically throughout the distribution center
- participate in training and mentoring
- contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
