Job Requirements

  • ability to frequently transport loads up to 100 pounds and occasionally lift up to 250 pounds
  • confidence working at heights using equipment such as cherry pickers

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
  • ability to operate industrial equipment safely and confidently
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • effective teamwork and communication skills
  • willingness to learn and adapt
  • dependable transportation and flexible availability

Job Duties

  • Handle furniture with care and precision
  • master safe material handling including maneuvering sofas and organizing accessories
  • operate powered industrial vehicles and cherry pickers
  • perform quality checks to ensure product condition
  • move materials strategically throughout the distribution center
  • participate in training and mentoring
  • contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
