Ashley Furniture is currently seeking motivated Warehouse and Manufacturing Associates for both 1st and 2nd shifts in Arcadia, WI. These full-time roles offer an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team within a company that is dedicated to investing in its workforce. Employees will benefit from a relocation program that covers 100% of housing and transportation costs during the first month to ease the transition for those moving to the area. Starting wages for warehouse associates range from $18.50 to $22.50 per hour depending on shift differentials, while manufacturing associates start at $15.45 per hour plus incentive pay. Shift differentials provide additional compensation for the 2nd shift and weekend work.

As a Distribution Associate, you will handle premium furniture products with care and precision, contributing directly to delivering quality furniture that transforms homes. The role includes mastering advanced equipment such as powered industrial vehicles and cherry pickers and ensuring that all products are managed in excellent condition through detailed quality checks. Employees participate actively in training, mentoring, and continuous improvement activities that foster professional growth and development.
