Additionally, the supervisor or assistant manager will play a crucial role in team leadership by training, supervising, and supporting warehouse personnel. Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse logistics supply chain or distribution experience
- Previous experience leading or supervising warehouse personnel preferred

- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving storage picking packing and shipping
- Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of B2B wholesale orders
- Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers LTL FTL and parcel services
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventory audits
- Monitor compliance with customer shipping labeling and packaging requirements
- Utilize WMS and ERP systems to manage warehouse activities and inventory
- Assist in developing and improving warehouse procedures and operational processes
- Train supervise and support warehouse staff
- Promote workplace safety and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Operations Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and improve service levels
