With over 9,000 employees worldwide, Solvay is dedicated to harnessing the power of chemistry to create innovative and sustainable solutions that address some of the world's most essential needs. These include purifying the air we breathe, ensuring the quality of the water we drink, preserving food supplies, protecting health and well-being, creating eco-friendly clothing, making sustainable car tires, and enhancing the cleaning and protection of homes. The company's global impact and commitment to sustainability make it an inspiring place to build a career. Solvay highly values diversity and inclusion, welcoming applicants regardless of background, age, gender, national origin, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, ability, or identity. They encourage applicants who may require accommodations during the application process to reach out, ensuring a seamless and equitable hiring experience for all candidates.

The Warehouse & Inventory Clerk role is based onsite within Solvay's Facilities team, part of the Maintenance Department. This team plays a vital role in supporting maintenance, operations, and site reliability by ensuring materials are received, processed, stocked, and readily available when needed. As a Warehouse & Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials throughout the site, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting warehouse operations to foster efficiency and continuous improvement. Your role will be instrumental in collaborating closely with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure materials are available to support safe and reliable plant operations. Success in this position demands strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and warehouse excellence.

This at-will employment position offers an equitable pay structure with a base hourly wage determined by skills and experience, complemented by a competitive total rewards package that includes bonuses and other incentives. Solvay offers a comprehensive benefits package known as the Solvay Cares program, which includes a minimum of 16 weeks of parenting leave for all employees as well as healthcare, disability, and life insurance coverage. The company places a priority on well-being through initiatives such as the Solidarity Fund for employee hardship support, work-life balance promotion, flexible working arrangements where possible, and access to physical and psychological support through an employee assistance program. Professional development opportunities are emphasized through internal career progression, access to a robust training platform, participation in Employee Resource Groups for experience sharing and mentorship, and free language courses available in 24 languages. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a world-leading chemical company committed to innovation, sustainability, and inclusion while developing your career in a supportive environment.
