The Biscuit Baker / Production Baker will lead the biscuit production process from start to finish, leveraging their knowledge of scratch baking to maintain the outstanding quality that customers expect.   • 2+ years of baking experience (scratch baking preferred)
  • Must have a current SNHD Food Handlers Card (Nevada Health Card)
  • Early morning availability (including weekends and holidays as needed)
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of baking experience (scratch baking preferred)
  • Experience with high-volume production environments is a plus
  • Strong understanding of baking techniques, dough handling, and ingredient functionality
  • Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency
  • Must have a current SNHD Food Handlers Card (Nevada Health Card)
  • Early morning availability (including weekends and holidays as needed)
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Experience with biscuits, bread, or quick-service restaurant concepts
  • Culinary or pastry training (formal or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Experience opening or scaling a new food concept

Job Duties

  • Prepare, mix, and bake biscuits from scratch according to company recipes and standards
