We are currently seeking a Server to join the team at Sooner Station in Norman, Oklahoma. The Server will play a crucial role in delivering a warm and welcoming dining experience for residents and guests, upholding the high standards of our community. This position involves providing friendly, attentive, and timely meal service, maintaining an orderly and clean dining environment, and supporting daily dining operations. Both full-time and part-time shifts may be available, and compensation is based on experience. This role requires excellent hospitality skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact compassionately and professionally with seniors. The Server helps ensure that mealtimes are enjoyable and engaging, reflecting the quality and values of Discovery Management Group. Serving as a key liaison during meal service, the Server contributes to the overall comfort and satisfaction of residents, supporting a culture that prioritizes the well-being and dignity of each individual.
