Within this compassionate and supportive setting, the role of Waitstaff/Server at Somerset Assisted Living is essential in delivering an outstanding dining experience to residents and guests. The Waitstaff/Server is responsible for ensuring the dining room is welcoming, hygienic, and operated in compliance with all federal, state, and local standards for community operation. This position demands a prompt and courteous meal service, with a strong emphasis on respect, warmth, and professionalism. The Waitstaff/Server is expected to incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions, enriching the living experience for residents and supporting the mission of the organization.
