Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous dining or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift trays, dishes, and supplies up to 25-50 lbs
- willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- comfort interacting closely with residents during meals
- possible exposure to cleaning chemicals and food service equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous dining or hospitality experience preferred
- enjoys working with seniors and providing excellent customer service
- ability to interact professionally and courteously with residents, guests, and team members
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- demonstrates good judgment, time management, and communication skills
- ability to balance team and individual responsibilities

- ability to lift trays, dishes, and supplies up to 25-50 lbs

Job Duties
- Take meal and beverage orders and serve food in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals and dining experience
- maintain knowledge of daily specials, menus, and food items to assist residents with selections
- set up, maintain, and clean dining room tables, side stations, and surrounding areas
- follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- practice proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
- assist with opening and closing duties, including completing assigned checklists
- support orientation and training of new servers as needed
- maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and hospitality
- assist with dining room organization, flow, and supply placement
- perform other duties as assigned
