With a presence across California, Colorado, Oregon, Utah, and Washington, Generations is committed to providing a unique, compassionate, and supportive atmosphere that feels like home, not just a place to live. This philosophy makes Cherrywood Village a uniquely nurturing workplace where employees are valued and empowered to make meaningful contributions to the lives of seniors daily.
The role of waitstaff at Cherrywood Village is pivotal in creating a superior dining experience that enhances the quality of life for residents. Waitstaff members ensure that the Dining Room area remains inviting and adheres strictly to cleanliness and safety standards. They provide timely and courteous meal service while complying with all federal, state, and local regulations. The position is more than just food service; it is about embodying the Mission, Vision, and Values of Generations through every interaction, helping to promote a positive environment that supports the dignity and well-being of every resident.
Ideal candidates are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and are eager to work in a team-oriented setting. Whether full-time or part-time, employees receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help them excel professionally while fostering personal growth. Cherrywood Village offers a safe work environment, employee engagement programs, and multiple growth opportunities, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a rewarding career in senior care hospitality.
