The role of Waitstaff at Walker Methodist Place is integral to maintaining the high standards of service that residents and their families expect. This part-time position involves working in the community's restaurant-style dining room, where employees are responsible for setting up, serving meals, and cleaning up afterward. The shifts are designed to accommodate a range of schedules, including a morning shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm and an evening shift from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Essential to the role are flexibility and reliability, as staff are expected to work every other weekend, holidays, and occasionally participate in weekend brunch events.
