The college is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and ensures compliance with all applicable federal and state equal opportunity laws, further promoting an inclusive and diverse work environment. Benefits for employees are comprehensive, including health, dental, and other insurance options, as well as paid time off and other workplace support, which are detailed on the college’s human resources website.
