Staff members thrive in an atmosphere that values their contributions and promotes a positive working culture. The organization also offers competitive benefits including comprehensive health coverage, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional advancement within the senior care industry.

The part-time Wait Staff position at The Worthington presents a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about food service and providing compassionate care to seniors in a fast-paced environment. The role offers an excellent avenue for individuals seeking to build a career in senior care or food service, providing ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth. Candidates with previous food service experience will find it beneficial, but it is not a mandatory requirement as basic training and support are provided. Employees working 24 or more hours per week are eligible for an extensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, employer-paid long-term disability and group term life insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and discounts on pharmacy and medical equipment. The Worthington stands out as a marijuana-free workplace, adhering strictly to federal law and requiring all employees to pass drug screenings, including for marijuana.
