Job Description

The Woodlands at Stowe is a well-established Independent Living Retirement Community located in the picturesque town of Stowe, Vermont. This community consists of 40 units designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for senior residents who wish to maintain an independent lifestyle while still having access to essential services and amenities. Nestled in the heart of Stowe, the community enjoys the serene beauty of Vermont's landscapes, offering residents a peaceful setting surrounded by nature and the charming local culture.

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Waitstaff to join our team at The Woodlands. This position is integral to our dining services, where waitstaff play a crucial role in serving meals and ensuring that the dining experience for our residents is both enjoyable and comfortable. The waitstaff will be responsible for serving meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner and preparing the dining room for the next day to maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to community dining.

This role requires candidates to have the ability to read, write, and follow both written and oral instructions carefully as it relates to meal services and operational protocols. Compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of healthcare and food services is mandatory. We offer various working shifts, including Per Diem positions, along with part-time and full-time opportunities to accommodate varying schedules and availability.

Compensation for the position ranges from $14.42 to $15.00 per hour, with consideration for experience, education, skills, and other market factors influencing the final offer.
