Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a wait staff or customer service role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems or ability to quickly learn new technology
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Knowledge of food menus and customer service etiquette
Job Duties
- Greet and or acknowledge customers in a timely manner
- Take drink or food orders and be able to answer any menu-related questions a customer may have
- Suggest menu items to customers
- Be able to use our POS system correctly
- Accurately deliver drinks or food to table
- Check on the customers to make sure they are having an enjoyable dining experience
- Deliver check to customers
- Follow all cleanliness standards and complete side work assignments accurately
- Work with other staff as a team and always have a positive, upbeat, and energetic attitude
- Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
