- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

- Deliver exceptional dining experience to residents and guests
- Ensure dining room cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere
- Provide prompt and courteous meal service
- Comply with federal, state, and local standards for community operation

- Engage with residents and guests respectfully and compassionately
- Attend on-the-job training and participate in employee engagement activities
