The Worthington, one of Generations’ esteemed senior living communities, is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Waitstaff to join their team. This position plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to residents and guests by maintaining a welcoming and clean dining environment and ensuring prompt, courteous meal service. Waitstaff at The Worthington uphold federal, state, and local standards applicable to community operations, and embody Generations’ Mission, Vision, and Values in their daily activities and interactions with others.

This part-time role offers shifts during breakfast, lunch, or dinner service, with weekends and holidays preferred. It provides employees with a supportive and engaging work environment that encourages growth and development through on-the-job training and numerous opportunities for advancement.
